Site administration
The user who initially installs RC-Reporter is automatically granted administrator permissions, referred to as Admin Access permission in RC-Reporter. The administrator can then add users and assign Admin Access permissions to those users who can share administrative responsibilities, and also to add users and assign Approve Users or Edit Reports permissions to them. For further information about permission levels, see User and security management.
Administrators can change the URL of the website, set up email configurations for distributing reports, and modify security settings. Administrators can also create and modify connections to network database servers and their RC-Archive databases.
Note: When logging in for the first time, use the Admin user name and the associated password defined during the RC-Reporter installation process.
