Categorizing points
The Manage Points page helps you to find, sort, and categorize data points. When points are organized into appropriate categories, report designers can quickly locate points by using the Categories filter on the Search bar, which help them to more easily focus on what to use in their reports.
When a point is categorized, its category label appears in the Categories column in the grid area on a page or dialog box. Users can click the label in the Categories column to filter the grid to show only the points in that category.
