Log on and access RC-Reporter pages
Open the RC-Reporter Log on page by entering the RC-Reporter URL into your browser or double-clicking the RC-Reporter desktop icon. Enter your email address and password to access RC-Reporter.
If you are new to RC-Reporter, click Sign up, complete the entries on the Sign Up page and click OK to submit your new account request to the administrator. When your administrator sets your status to Enabled, you are notified by email that your request has been accepted. When you log on, you may be prompted to enter and confirm a new password.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password, and then enter your email address to receive an email that includes a temporary hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to update your password.
Menu bar items available after logging on
Your assigned permissions determine the menu options available to you. The permission types are:
- Edit Reports
- Manage Users
- Admin Access
If you are assigned one or more of the permission types, the menu bar contains the items shown in the following image.

If you are not assigned any permission type, the menu bar contains the items shown in the following image.

A user with no assigned permissions can log on and view reports but they cannot access administrator functions. They can change the values in the Report Dates selector, the Identifier Selector, or the Number Editor component, if present in a report, to update the data that is displayed. See Interactive elements in reports for further information.
