Removing licenses
To apply a license to another workstation without assistance from Technical Support, remove the license before uninstalling RC-Reporter.
Note: An RC-Key is an easy way to move a single license between multiple workstations.
Use the following steps to remove a soft license:
- Open RC-LicenseManager on a workstation with Internet access.
- In the Installed Licenses pane, right-click the RC-Reporter software to be unlicensed and select Remove License.
- RC-LicenseManager contacts the Reliable Controls authorization server. The authorization server removes the soft license from the list of active workstations.
